Returns
You may return unopened and unused skincare products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging and any seals unbroken.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Info@surplexion.com or 8184483101. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
Please securely package the items, include the RA number on the package, and send it to the address provided by our customer service team. Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
