At Surplexion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You may return an item within 30 days of the original purchase date if it meets all of the following conditions:
- Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Product was not purchased as final sale
- Product is not expired or close to expiration
- Return request is initiated with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Defective or damaged items may be returned even if opened. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and determine eligibility.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1. Email info@surplexion.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue an RMA with return instructions.
3. Carefully package the product and return it using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and approving the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return is denied or outside the policy window, it will be returned to you at your expense.
If your product arrived defective or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a replacement at no additional charge. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Final sale or promotional items
- Products not purchased directly through surplexion.com
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrived damaged or is missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@surplexion.com. Include photos and your packing slip so we can resolve it promptly.
